Registration class

In Ontario, dentists are registered either as general practitioners or as certified specialists in one of 11 specialties recognized by the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO). Appearing under a treatment category means a clinic offers or advertises that treatment; it does not mean care is provided by a registered specialist.

Each listing shows a registration line. "Registration class not verified" means we have not confirmed the registration class of anyone working there. "Clinic-reported" means the clinic told us and we have not verified it. You can check any dentist on the RCDSO public register.

Where listing information comes from

Listings are compiled from publicly available business information, such as clinic names, addresses, phone numbers, websites and hours. Information marked "Clinic-reported" was provided by the clinic.

Information on listings that have not been claimed comes from publicly available sources and has not been submitted to, reviewed or approved for this directory by the clinic or its dentists. A clinic that claims its listing must declare its registration composition, and that declaration is shown on its listing.

We do not show ratings, review counts or reviews. Lists are ordered alphabetically by clinic name; Near Me results are ordered by distance.

Advertising

Sponsored listings are paid advertising and are labelled "Sponsored". Clinics that advertise are marked "Paid advertiser" where they appear elsewhere; payment does not change where a clinic appears in the regular alphabetical list. Advertising is sold only as fixed monthly or annual subscriptions. Fees are never calculated by lead, click, call, appointment, new patient, treatment, revenue or outcome.
